At Bridgeport Community Partners, we believe housing is the foundation for rebuilding a stable and fulfilling life. Our wraparound model supports individuals and families through the transition from homelessness and housing instability to lasting stability, independence, and opportunity.

We combine safe and supportive housing with individualized case management, benefits and resource navigation, employment and workforce development, financial empowerment, transportation assistance, life-skills development, health and wellness referrals, and connections to community resources.
